Most superlatives fall short of describing how incredible Brad and his team have been. He has not only been our agent but has been an invaluable partner in multiple phases of our home ownership journey. We were first time home buyers and he was very patient in helping us find our dream home. He helped us in understanding the whole buying process and ensuring we were comfortable throughout. Beyond the purchase and during the initial setup of our home, Brad reached into his incredible local network and helped us get in touch with various contractors and service providers. Finally, we had to move out of Atlanta and Brad jumped in again to help us place an amazing tenant in our home. His knowledge of the local rates and comps helped us target the right type of renter and we could not be happier. Throughout all this, Brad has always maintained a personal touch and to our total delight always remembers us on special occasions. Brad helped us secure our dream home while we were miles away in California and relocating to North Atlanta! We could not be any happier with the service provided by Brad and his team. Brad is great listener and truly cared about finding the best home for us. He has a great network and we were well informed about all details about the house, market conditions, pricing strategies and key insights about the community. He particularly has a great eye on the structural aspects of the house and gave us an honest feedback which was valuable during the decision making process. From the moment we met Brad Poole, we knew he was the real estate agent that would get our house sold for the amount we wanted. He saw and believed in our vision, knew the market and helped us get our home sold quickly with a fast easy closing. We sold our home this past June, with summer sellers hitting the market, interest rates increasing fast and the market fluctuating we needed to act fast. In one month, Brad was able to organize all renovations, stage it, bring in photography and videographer and had our house listed. We had a family interested on day one, within a few days and some negotiation we had their offer in hand. 22 days later we closed above our goal price. Brads level of details was amazing. He thought of everything and guided us through the process. He was always one step ahead of our needs and had everything lined up and ready to go. Brad has an all encompassing real estate business. We were able to get a no interest loan to do the necessary updates on our house to get it ready for market. The process was easy and quick in a few days we had our loan. We left everything in Brad's hands from orchestrating several quotes (keeping prices a factor, greatly appreciated his attention to this) for multiple tradesman, to scheduling the jobs that needed to be completed, picking out paint colors, carpet colors, floor stains and all lighting fixtures. Every contractor he brought in to our home to work were professional, neat and detailed oriented. Brad brought in a designer to stage our home, which made it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers and a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home. The pictures and video were beautiful and well thought out to include daylight and twilight to perfectly capture our landscaping lights and pool lite up at night. Brad is an outstanding person to work with. He knows this area, market, trends and what buyers are looking for. We are so grateful we found Brad, working with him and his team was so much fun and exciting. To see all our projects completed and our house transformed in such a quick turn around was amazing.
