UPDATE 8/30/22 After I had posted the review about Mike Francis he dropped by my friends house. They talked (she said a very good talk) and told him things he should or could have done to make him not just a good listing agent, but an overall outstanding agent and through extreme diligence and the sale will be closed next month. Mike, thank you for taking care of my friend and going above and beyond to close the deal. If the sale falls through now, it will not be Mikes fault and the buyer will forfeit their earnest money. Now to the actual KW Agency - I called the broker, and after the way the agent on duty answered the phone, I would never use this company unless I personally knew the agent

Update!! This office is still super amazing!!!!This office is amazing. The staff are all incredible! Loredana is absolutely the best! I would not want to be at any other brokerage. There is a support system here for their agents that is nothing less than world class. Robert Doyle is always willing to help and offer valuable advice. I could go on and on about KW North Atlanta. There are so many classes offered free of charge that are taught by top producers. If you are an agent or becoming one, I would highly recommend that you come here. Your career will thank you!

Excellent service - professional, timely, and polite. I've listed and sold my house with Soraya Joud. She was very patient, and explained every step of the process. Also was always available to discuss and explain any detail. The house sold in less than a month, and I got a price way beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

Jeanna Bowlick is our realtor. If anyone is looking for an honest, caring, and genuine person to help them in the journey of selling or buying a house, this young lady is the realtor you want to represent you. She did her research, and priced our house competitively. She held an open house on Sunday, received an offer from an individual who looked at the house on Monday. The individual made an offer, which was declined by Jeanna. The individual came back with a full price offer. In the meantime, Jeanna began a search to find a house for us to purchase. She only showed us property with the criteria that we had given her instead of showing us others. I can tell you, she has put forth more effort than any realtor that my husband and I have ever worked with to sell or purchase a home.
