        Lab tech has poor communication skills and speaks with a condescending tone. Went for a flu shot and waited for 30 minutes just to be spoken to. Then told to wait an additional 20 minutes. It was definitely understaffed, but the experience would've been better if the pharmacist and tech actually acknowledged people and were polite. Never going back.

        Unfortunately, since the rite aid across the street closed, I frequenter this Walgreens for prescriptions, etc No matter the day or time, the pharmacy is woefully understaffed. The phone rings off the hook, multiple cars are in the drive thru and numerous people waiting. I came in for a flu shot at 3:30 on a Thursday and waited and waited and waited. Walgreens needs to hire some more people for the pharmacy!
