Jake Williams, Kate Rozier and Savanna Williams are truly the dream team!!! My fiance and I were buying our first house, and were very intimidated by the home buying process. Jake and his team went out of their way to explain everything in detail and gave advice and encouragement throughout each step. Jake was available any time I had a question, whether it was on the weekend or after normal hours, and even took the time to speak with me while he was on vacation. Even when our home buying process took a pause due to lack of inventory, Jake and his team were incredibly patient and understanding as we navigated a very daunting market. I had a friend who is also a loan officer in another state look at the amount of work Jake had put in to presenting us with options as we picked our loan, and they assured me that Jake had gone above and beyond in his communication, attention to detail and transparency. He was shocked at the rates Element was able to offer us through their programs, and assured me I made the best choice. The teams constant communication made choosing them an easy decision as we started our preapproval process, and countless times during home buying we were reminded how fantastic they were. I truly cannot believe how stress-free this process was for us, and will continue refer Jake and his team to anyone I come in contact with. Our realtor was also blown away by how communicative and on top of everything they were during the closing process, and remarked about how smooth this process was made for us.
