Erica Painter was everything we needed to help find our dream home, as first-time home buyers in this market. She was patient, kind and with her incredible knowledge of the greater Atlanta area (Woodstock/Alpharetta/Roswell) we always felt taken care of. Erica went out of her way to answer all our questions and let us go at our own pace and never made us feel rushed. Erica taught us what to look for in houses and surrounding amenities and took what was important to us and curated home searches to our liking. When we found houses, we liked, she quickly set appointments to view the houses and was super responsive throughout the entire process. My wife and I fully believe the only reason we got our dream house is because we had Erica leading us and are so thankful to have her. I cannot recommend Erica enough and her network of contacts and resources made the home buying process a breeze.
