Britney is a wonderful realtor. So efficient, kind and knowledgeable! She helped us find a home for 7 months before we finally found the one. I cant thank her enough for all of the time and energy she devoted to us. We cant wait to use her in the future!

Britney was great to work with! I randomly found her while trying to find a place to rent. The place I inquired about was a scam, unfortunately, but she was able to help us find a place to rent that met our wants/needs.

I can not emphasize enough how great Britney was to work with! She worked tirelessly with us to ensure we bought the perfect home. She was very effective, efficient and knowledgeable. She also has a great team that she was able to use as a resource to help us out that much more. We were moving many states away and Britney was able to make sure that we were confident in our purchase without even stepping foot into our home until closing. We virtually toured about 10 homes some she was at within the hour of it going live. She is fierce with negotiating and was great to have on our side. Will definitely be recommending her to anyone I meet!!

Our realtor, Britney Javens she is really awesome. It starts out with I called three realtors left messages and didnt realize it was three hours ahead of me so Britney called me back at 10:45 PM. Gainesville Georgia time and Asking me how she can help me. Unbelievable person way over what I expected all the way through all the paperwork from selling my 1031 exchange property to the lawyer in Gainesville. Just when I thought that was great, she went to my New house numerous times to bring in packages that werent supposed to be dropped off big boxes I mean heavy stuff and she had to get help. Im 66 years old. I bought plenty of houses I never had a realtor like this shes young and shes got fire under her. If you want to be handled correctly and promptly, and in a very nice way she is your gal. Im new to Gainesville and she helped me with all connections that I needed. I cant say enough good about her. Definitely definitely well refer her to anybody that wants to buy or sell a home. Thank you
