        Worst milkshakes ever. Mostly milk with a small amount of ice cream floating on top.

        Ugh, robbery by this place. They will forget a part of your order. They will charge you double. They will leave you asking, what kind of place is this.

        A bad experience made right. Ordered a cake, wrong cake provided. 5 kids working there could not help me when I politely asked for a discount to make it right. Very comical scene of them just staring at the cake and then me. One even said see this is why I dont want to be a Manager. So I then asked for the Manager. The Manager gave me the cake for free and apologized. He went onto give me free donuts and munchkins for my inconvenience. I didnt expect the donuts or free cake, only a discount. This was great customer service at its best. Fix the problem and go even beyond. I left feeling grateful and my party guests were happy for the cake and donuts. Still need to work on training the kids you hire, all do not seem to know what they are doing, but very happy with the customer service from the Manager.
