Maura and Ben have assisted me with multiple listings, sales and new purchases all within a short and constrained window. Proactive communication and attention to detail (seemingly effortlessly) led to successful transitions (and transactions) and I couldn't be more grateful to have found them. I have yet to come across a more experienced real estate team. I highly recommend no matter where you are regionally but especially the Atlanta metro area.

My husband and I are so glad we chose RE/MAX Around Atlanta for our first-time home buying journey. We primarily worked with Ben Neill who was knowledgeable, accessible, and truly delightful to work with. We appreciate that Ben was honest and up-front with us at every turn and helped us set realistic expectations. With the state of the market right now, we were truly facing an uphill battle. Ben was patient nonetheless and encouraged us to keep trying even after several unsuccessful offers. He took us to see multiple houses every week and was always available to answer our questions. He advocated for our interests with every offer and helped us successfully land the home of our dreams, despite the fact that we didn't have as much bargaining power as the potential buyers with whom we were competing. There were so many aspects of the process that were foreign and confusing to us, but Ben walked us through every step of the way and gave us peace of mind. We are absolutely in love with our new home and we're grateful to Ben and Maura who continue to provide recommendations for contractors who are helping us making our new house a home. If I could do it over, I wouldn't change a thing!

Maura and Ben were incredible to work with! My husband and I were searching for our first home in the fall of 2021, a difficult time for the market, and their guidance and honesty about what our journey could look like made the process much less daunting. They were always quick and easy to communicate with in all formats, and were very flexible when it was just me and my infant available for showings. They both gave us their honest perspectives on homes we saw and on areas we thought we may like (but hadnt seen before). We genuinely enjoyed looking at houses with them, as they are both easy to talk to as well! Whenever we put an offer on a home, we felt as though it was the best offer we could give. And when we found the one, we got it. (Fun fact - Maura found this house for us, it wasnt even on our radar!) Maura took us every step of the way to closing, hopped on any call or email we asked her to, and she was genuinely as excited as we were that we won the house we loved! We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great team of realtors, and if we ever decide to move, we will work with them again. Their years of expertise in the industry have certainly made them the best realtors in the state!

My family and I made a cross-country move from Denver to Atlanta. Our realtor in Denver recommended Maura specifically to us. And. WOW. Maura and her partner Ben were amazing! We were on a super tight timeline to buy a home and get our child into a local school (which requires you to live there near the school) and Maura stepped up big time. She set us up with 30 showings in 2 days and helped us make an offer that weekend on a beautiful midcentury split level. Maura was always on her game, quick responsiveness to texts, email and calls. She was expert as helping us navigate the inspection and closing processes. We would work with Maura again in a heartbeat and solidly recommend her to anyone looking for a new property in the Atlanta metro area. Well done!
