The Original Mattress Factory

The buying process was great - However after about 2 weeks I called with concerns and was told the mattress would settle in. We continued to flip and spin it. It got worse. When I lay on the bed it angles off to the edge. I have to sleep with a pillow next to me to keep from sliding out. A rep from the company came out and said that was normal, a difference of about 5 to 8 inches on a king size. We cant sleep on this. Needless to say we will be replacing the mattress and not buying one from he Original Mattress Factory.

Would recommend the mattress from here to anyone as been using since six months and it is the best one I have ever slept in . Plus the service and professional way they handled our sale was hundred percent perfect! Thank you.

This was an amazing experience. The mattresses are sold at great prices and the customer service is out of this world. The Original Mattress Factory is going to be the only place I go to for anything bedding related from now on. You are in for a treat if Clayton is working the day you decide to visit! Clayton is a wonderful person who knows what he is talking about and knows how to communicate it in a way that makes YOU feel like you've become an expert on the subject matter in mere minutes. Clayton was able to pick out the perfect mattress and pillow top combination to fit me and my partner Ashley's particular needs. The mattress was delivered three days after we purchased and it was easy to put it into place. And after our first night's rest? It was the best sleep we've gotten in years! Cheers Clayton, and thank you for the post card! Ashley put it on our fridge - we appreciate that you were so thoughtful to write.
