        I used the self serve kiosk at Kroger and had a pleasant experience. Options were laid out and easy on the users eye. Prices were fair. Duplicate keys worked just as good as master key. I will be using this company again if I need to make more copies of keys.

        I had two different keys made , one was my made right away and one was mailed. The one that was made on the spot ( even with the added $ feature ) was completely off and not working ( copy didn't look anything like the original I ). But the more complicated key that was mailed , was a bit off , but still opened/closed the commercial type of lock . I am happy about the fact the mailed key ended up working .

        It was very helpful and fast and easy but first per key $9 found expensive to make so change our mind so that time offer us 33% discount so I go head and make the key but why not he offer us first place beside this everything was excellent
