While I dont mind the watered down smoothies, I did not like the customer service today. I understand they typically hire teenagers (weve gone quite a bit), but today was especially rude. When my daughter and I walked in, both ladies did not say a word, nor did they immediately serve us:( one reluctantly came to the register while still texting and when she finally put down her phone, still said nothing. I had to say something to her. After repeating twice that I wanted a small, she asked what size I wanted and still gave me a medium!! Again, totally understand hiring teens (that part is awesome), but still hold them to high standards. Put the phone down when customers enter and acknowledge customers when they come in. It was seriously rude how we were treated upon arrival-even my 8 year old said something in the car.
