I would give this agency a ZERO rating if I could. I asked for a bid to add car insurance to my homeowners policy, and Ms Perkins said she needed some information, which I sent. I never heard back, so I contacted her againshe said she never got the information (but the email was delivered). I gave up on that. Then, I had a roof claimit was not easy dealing with the representativesone woman was extremely rude. Then, it took a long while to get reimbursed for the claim. This past June, I began receiving notices that my policy would no longer provide extended coverage for roof surfaces because of the roofs age I sent all the required documents to show that my roof was replaced in 2021 (and, as stated above. Allstate handled the claim!). Just this week, I received the SAME notice! Apparently, Ms Perkins doesnt have time to open her mail! This is the worst, most unresponsive insurance agency Ive ever dealt with. Im changing agencies ASAP. Enough is enough!
