Rachel Cooley: Allstate Insurance

Overall, my experience with this agency has been very good, although there are some areas that could use some improvement. I've been a customer of Allstate for almost 15 years, with the last 10 having bundled services for multiple cars and homeowner's insurance. I emailed the agency to inquire on why my auto insurance rates continued to increase although I hadn't been involved in any accidents and had no citations on record. I did not receive a response. I called the agency approximately 2 weeks later and spoke with the manager. She did state that I was eligible to keep my current rate if both my husband and I completed a defensive drivers course as my current ddc discount had expired. We completed the course and did keep the same rates. Ultimately, the end result is what exactly what I wanted, and for that reason, I give this Allstate agency a 10.
