        Initial experience was very positive, but after the 1st year things went downhill to the point that the agent was not responding to email or phone calls. I understand that I was one of many customers, but I have tried to reach the agent for over 2 months to no avail.

        I switched to the Main Street Agency last year as my previous agent had gotten complacent and the service was sub par. Not only did I save over $2000 annually between car and home insurance, but the service levels are the best in the industry. Matt Reeves and his team are second to none.
