        The customer service at THIS store is a joke. It only reflects the management at this store because all the other Kroger Ive been to have provided exceptional customer service. This is the second time Ive stepped foot into THIS Kroger and had a bad experience and it will certainly be the last. The energy is unbearable at this store. Whoever has given THIS store anything above one star has to have a close friend or relative that works there.

        This Kroger is bigger and spacious when compared to the one at Milton on the GA9 highway. More choices and products as well. Typical Kroger Layout - clearly marked aisles, well laid out. Easy to pick what you want. Several self-service counters and few were available during my visit. It was quick and easy. Lot of parking options. Overall, my visit was pleasant, easy, and fast. Happy shopping.

        Self check out will make me stop shipping at Kroger. Customers are waiting for assistance left to right and only 1 register is open. Prices shown on 3 feet signs are a scam because they all require digital app with coupon. Greed is not good.

        The bathroom stinks of urine and the faucets don't work. They sat hand sanitizer on the sink. So nasty I didn't even use it.

        The customer service at this store is Horrible and it 100% reflective of the store and corporate managers. You guys are asleep and should find work elsewhere. Your bathroom is always nasty much like Tammy at customer service and some others. Disgraceful. Even though it'll cost me more, I'll do my shopping at Publix from now on where the people are excellent. You guys should go to one and learn something.
