I dont know this doctor personally but I do not recommend her to others, Im disappointed. She definitely doesnt value peoples time, has a bad reputation of this. I didnt go to work this morning just because I made this appointment 3 weeks ago and this was important to me. Made me wait for 1 hour, mind you, I came 30 minutes prior like they asked me. I understand things happen and may delay things but if you are a doctor, you have to be responsible and reliable! Please do better

My first consultation with Dr. Katta, and it couldn't have gone any better! Despite her suffering from COVID, she proceeded with a Zoom call and was extremely friendly, knowledgable and patient while I rambled on about my ailments. Too many medical professionals nowadays make it quite clear they're only interested in getting your money (or your insurance company's) and rush through consultations so that they can prescribe profitable medications or suggest very profitable surgical procedures etc. NOT THE CASE with Dr. Katta at all! She was genuinely interested in my personal situation and gave very helpful advice and feedback. 10 out of 10!

We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this physician and her practice. Calls placed early this morning stating clearly we have a serious situation that needs addressing have been ignored. To be clear this is the first time (and based on todays experience) the last time we call for help of any sort. All we requested was a return call, no such luck. To add to the frustration all calls are routed through a general phone number, good luck getting to a human at a specific location. And when you push, the appointment desk does try to get you to a specific Dr at a specific location only to speak with yet again another voicemail and again w/o a return call. This practice may be The Premier gastroenterologists once you get to them but one could literally expire from frustration before getting help. If this practice has a practice manager I dare them to call with explanations. For your own well-being, find another source for your gastric needs.

I arrived for my appt at 2 pm for a 2:15 appt. I was seen at 3:30 no explanation. Dr.Katta didn't acknowledge the wait or apologize for the delay which is unacceptable. My time is as valuable as hers.
