        Callie unfortunately was a no show on our wedding day. After my planner, the day of coordinator, and the groom tried to contact her, she still at this moment has not responded, although she made contact earlier in the day with the coordinator saying she would be on her way after rectifying broken vases apparently. Now suddenly her business is temporarily closed. Seems like a scam. We do all hope she is ok, because I cant understand any other reason for a no call no show an hour before the wedding, unless something serious happened to her on her way. Otherwise how unprofessional and such a disappointment on our wedding day. No decor and the entire ceremony was pushed back over 30 minutes with guests, other vendors, and myself and the groom waiting. We would still like a call back to help us understand what went wrong with her. All positive reviews were posted at the same time if yall pay attention. They are fake. Do a simple search of her name and you will find public record showing who she really is.

        Callie didn't deliver my sister's birthday present. She only had to leave it at the front door and I chased for days and my sister also rang. Most reviews here are positive so I can only assume something has happened or just overwhelmed. Things can happen to all of us but I'm writing a bad review because the professional approach is to explain you can't fulfill an order, apologise, cancel and issue a refund. Instead I was told it would be delivered on several occasions and it wasn't. This was very annoying. Update - Still not had a refund. Scam business. AVOID.
