Signature Floors & Design

Not a positive experience so far! Ive been trying to connect with this company for months for some flooring work for which I just need an estimate. This is the original installer for my recently built home. Every time I call, they say your sales person will call you back. Never does! Finally I decided to move on. Got with a couple of other companies and they are all scheduled to come provide and estimate within the week. I would say run unless you absolutely need to work with them.

We contracted with Signature Floors to refloor our entire main level. Initial communication was accurate and timely. While installing LVP, kitchen cabinets were damaged and quarter round and linoleum in baths were torn up but tile installer wasnt scheduled. 3 months later, Austin Green has ghosted us. He left his damage for us to repair and tile install was never completed. Please learn from our experience and DO NOT use Signature Floor and Designs.
