DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP - ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL - you can quickly buy it but its a horrible process dealing with very rude service people to cancel and its been 3 months and Im still getting charged!!!

Never been to this lash place, FB heard me say I needed my lashes done and saw a special. Booked same day appointment, Drove 42 minutes in horrible rain and flash flooding. Walked in at 607 for my 600pm appointment. Receptionist said because I was over the 5 min grace period, I could not be seen. Will never be back. UPDATE: I would like to add some truths to clear up the response INACCURACIES. I walked in at 607. After pleasantries with receptionist (Hello! How are u. Whew weather is bad) she asked my name twice, She looked in computer, then said it's 608, we have 5 minute grace, hold on. She got up, she spoke with someone behind the curtain for about a min, then came back and told me they have to reschedule. I said " What? Weather is horrible, literal flash flooding AND it took over 40 mins bc I came from Lawrenceville" another guest sitting there said "I can attest for that. It was horrible . I just came from that way!" (Which by the way that same guest gave me her number bc she said the way I was treated was deplorable and she would complain to the owners and I have her as a contact) The Young receptionist DID say i could wait until 730 pm and she can do my lashes but she takes a while bc she is new. I told her i paid an extra $10 for a Master lash artist so that isnt an option i want to go with. She got back up again (see how much time has passed already) and then you came and said that I still had to do consents so you only had like 30 mins and my lashes would be undone. Now I told you I had never been there. If the issue was money bc I booked through an ad on Facebook, I would have GLADLY paid full price. That option wasn't offered and now I see it's because I was under Xpress? I came for a service, I am a professional woman and money is not an issue, especially for lashes. I usually pay much more in fact. Do not offer a special online and then financially discriminate. It is a reason I do not get use Groupons bc I rather pay for quality customer service instead of being treated as I was yesterday. Even this response speaks to how you are not interested in even correcting a wrong.
