Erin is great she is super friendly, professional, and determined. She is great about following up on interview status and after interview feedback. Morgan reached out to me to set up a meeting- we discussed a potential opportunity that sounded perfect for my background and skill set. We coordinated over email for about a week to get all my paperwork submitted, but then all communication from Morgan ceased. Four weeks, four voicemails, and four emails later, and I have still received no update or response whatsoever. I realize that the client may have decided not to move forward with my application, but it seems that candidates deserve the basic decency of a response. I cannot recommend Beacon Hill Staffing Group to job searchers. The general discourtesy and lack of professionalism displayed by Morgan was not only disappointing, but extremely disheartening in the midst of a difficult job search. To Beacon Hill, please grant your candidates the grace of closure. Respect is a two-way street.
