CVS

Its a shame that corporate does not care about the poor service at this CVS. There are enough 1 star reviews w the same complaints, that a change should be initiated. DM for the area should be disciplined. The pharmacists are so rude at this CVS that I dreaded going there for my prescriptions. I switched to the CVS in Target down the street and am MUCH happier. I avoid this CVS at all costs!

Over experience is good but except for one time and only with one of their staff member (old guy), he doesnt know how to talk to customers and hes very rude, may be because hes old

Im shocked there are so many negative reviews about this cvs. Ive been picking up my prescriptions here for several years and havent experienced any customer services issues. The drive thru has long lines sometimes, but you can just walk inside during those times.

This CVS provides the worse pharmacy experience. The amount of times there is a delay in refilling my prescription because they dont have the meds is crazy. And dont even bother trying to call. Ive currently been on hold for 15 mins waiting to ask the status of yet another prescription that is delayed. Do yourself a favor and dont use this pharmacy location.
