Booked a week boarding for our 3 dogs while we were supposed to be out of town for work. Unfortunately very last minute our plans changed, so I asked if I could cancel our boarding. The owner failed to mention the 50% fee Id be paying simply to cancel during that conversation. Definitely not the type of customer service Id want to trust my fur-babies with.

Jacquelyn is amazing with our pups! She has a large, secure property that gives our dogs tons of freedom to run and play. It is hard to find a reliable and trustworthy boarder that you don't have to worry. I feel lucky to have found Jacqui!
