This is about AHI Johns Creek facility.
I had a 4:30 PM appointment for multiple MRI's. They insisted that I show up at 4:15, which I did. Then I waited for one hour before the technician called my name. He was extremely rude. He did not give me the confidence needed for me to submit my body for radiation imaging under his watch.
In other words, he did not come across as competent. I took my $ 180 co-pay back and left.
The ladies at reception were perfectly fine - friendly and competent. But this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Not only would I not go there again, but I would recommend everybody else to avoid this place. I give them a single star rating very reluctantly because there is nothing lower than one star.
