While her years in the field are evident, I felt there was an overreliance on assumptions rather than diagnostics. I was sent for a unnecessary crown consultation based on an incorrect diagnosis. Additionally, I needed multiple fillings redone after unsatisfactory work. To her credit, Dr. Hanono did offer to redo them for free, but I just didn't want to take a chance again. I was also uncomfortable with the lead hygienist's behavior, which seemed to go beyond their scope of practice. The scheduling staff is great.

I highly recommend you all, as I value reviews wherever I go. Before switching to your services, I conducted thorough research. I prioritize reviews, whether it's for nails, hair, or spa treatments. The first impression is crucial to me as a customer, and customer perception holds great importance. As an entrepreneur, I emphasize this. You all were absolutely amazing and incredibly welcoming. I cannot recall the receptionist's name but she is extremely sweet and informative . The service was exceptional. When I arrived at the back, I continuously inquired about veneers and braces, as I have wanted braces for aesthetic reasons since I was a child. However, I cannot remember the name of the person who told me, but she advised me to stop asking about it. She said that I don't need it, as my teeth are already pretty and straight. She jokingly suggested that I should just floss. Overall, you all are fantastic.

Fast to get an appointment and get seen, everyone from the ladies at the reception to the hygienist, to the doctor were very friendly and nice! Id recommend them if youre in the Alpharetta area!
