I had a great experience with Hamid from Sofiasfindings! He helped to print shirts for me last minute for an upcoming event after another t-shirt shop wasn't able to accommodate. He sent multiple design options and I was able to choose one to my liking that worked perfectly.for the t-shirts for my daughter's event. He then hand delivered them to my address!!! I'm greatly impressed with the service Sofiasfindings provided and would highly recommend their services!

I purchased an aging barrel for my son at Christmas. We were meticulous about following directions for sealing the barrel with a water charge per the directions. To date it still leaks. I emailed the company on their website for suggestions--no response. I called the number on their website multiple times and left messages on their voicemail system--no response. Sofia's Findings sells sub-standard products and does not back them up. Post Script: The day after I posted this review the company contacted me to correct the problem. Too bad that's what it takes to get a response.

I recently had a great experience with Sofia's Findings. I needed to change my order, and with just one quick call, they sorted it out without any issues. The person I spoke to was super helpful and made it easy. Their customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend them for not just their cool stuff but also for being so great to deal with.
