This company closed my Account and I have excellent credit,''',I have tried to open another account with Chevron,, But they have denied me twice,, I would like to have my Chevron Texaco card back,,I guess I am not good enough ,,I have a Perfect credit .Looks like this company don't want my Business,

Don't do business with them if you can avoid it. Their call center employees redirect me so many times, and one just gave me a spam phone number to call about loans. These people are insufferable

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! DO NOT USE THEM NO MATTER WHAT! I hated using them so much that didn't take advantage of the 6 months no interest and just paid it in full. Then when I tried to cancel the account they kept saying they would send a paper confirmation which would never come and when I call my account is still open. This is screwing my credit and I need it CLOSED! they won't send an email confirmation of my account being cancelled and instead say you'll get a paper copy in 14 days which never comes. I will be writing this review everywhere and filing a complaint with BBB. I can't believe this kind of sham can even being open to take advantage of consumers especially during these tough financial times. This company have no values, morals, or care for the customer in any shape or form.

I had CD with them, Their mails notifications never arrives. Their systems doesn't support of setting action on CD maturity. They have auto renew CD , without sending any notification to customers, and when asked to cancel charging 180 days interest penalty. and not ready to consider the situation as customer has not received notification for renew, and their system not support to set up action on maturity. The way they hold customers, with auto renewals of CD and chargin big penaly, to customers are force to keep their money with them. Awful customer service, even supervisors are rude and not ready to consider situations.
