I bought a house with a warranty included. Recently, I encountered an issue with the toilet; it fails to drain water properly, leaving waste behind. The claim manager provided me with their phone number, but I'm disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

I have been trying to have this company come out to my new home as they are in charge of the warranty for 3 months. Ive called about 15 times. They do not answer the phone and thats probably on purpose. They finally answer but will not perform any more work than what they messed up in the first place. Simple faucet switches - nope. Company is worthless do not use them!

They installed our garbage disposal. After a couple of years, its messed up and not working right anymore. They placed a huge sticker with their name and number on our disposal, so my husband called to see if they could come fix it. Nope. They said they only install and service for one year. Then they wouldnt/couldnt recommend anyone to help us out. Great customer service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Hallway Plumbing regarding a recent plumbing issue I experienced in my home. I contacted my home warranty department to report a leak under my kitchen sink in my newly constructed house. In response, Hallway Plumbing dispatched a technician to address the issue. Unfortunately, despite the technician's intervention, the problem persisted. Assuming that the issue had been adequately resolved, I did not inspect the repair work closely. However, it became apparent shortly afterward that the leak persisted, indicating that the initial repair was not conducted properly. Subsequently, as the issue persisted and worsened, I sought the services of an independent plumber to rectify the situation. To my dismay, upon inspection by the new plumber, it was revealed that the original repair conducted by Hallway Plumbing was substandard and inadequate. Specifically, it was discovered that the incorrect parts were installed, rendering the faucet unable to operate correctly. Not only was this a blatant display of incompetence, but it has also resulted in additional inconvenience, expenses, and frustration on my part. To exacerbate matters further, the warranty period has now expired, leaving me unable to seek redress from Hallway Plumbing without incurring further costs. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and integrity demonstrated by Hallway Plumbing throughout this ordeal. As a paying customer, I expected a higher standard of service, which, regrettably, was not met.
