Cook's Radon

We bought a house with radon issues last year but a system was installed from another company. Levels were still high and the previous homeowners reached out to Cook's and Tony (her husband and who was nice) made some changes to the system. They were helpful at the beginning even though Monique certainly lacks communication because I found myself having to constantly call her for an update or to schedule an appt. The levels aren't still below the EPA standards and basically Monique has stopped answering calls from the previous homeowners (she screens her calls) as well as myself vs being honest and letting us know there wasnt anything else they can do. We're currently still working on getting this ongoing issue rectified. However, I'm glad everyone else had a great experience and were able to get their levels down!
