He renovated our main bathroom and was professional, on time, competitive with bid, and we couldn't be more satisfied with everything. Terrible!!!! This is my bathroom CURRENTLY. I have been back and forth with company for two weeks the have my payment in full and chose to take their time I asked how long no eta. Refund? Forget it Steven made it clear that if I wanted a refund he would rip my bathroom apart but Im at that point honestly
