      image I have been with Ken/CMIT Solutions of North Fulton for four years now. It was time for a hardware change yesterday. The change out should have taken 2 hours but it ended up taking 6 hours. This was absolutely no fault of Ken/CMIT. It was 100% the fault of the ISP provider and the manufacturer of the hardware. Ken did not and would not stop until he had the problem resolved...which included 2 tech support calls to the hardware manufacturer and 5, yes five, technical support calls to the ISP provider. Thankfully, Ken stuck with it and got us back up and running. Good Job Ken/CMIT!
