Relief Remediation came to our rescue at a fair price when we were in a pinch. I recently purchased a home with my mother and immune sensitive grandparents. Some mold was found during our home inspection. Relief Remediation worked quickly with the seller of the house to ensure that the mold was completely eliminated so that we moved into a home with safe air. Not only did the home pass clearance mold testing of our choice after their decontamination was complete, but the seller of the house felt in her integrity leaving the house to us, and we felt safe moving into our new home. Working with Relief Remediation was absolutely a relief remediation. You can't put a price on feeling cared about, but we did feel cared about. It is a win for us, I hope this company thrives and prospers. I would have left 100 stars if it was possible. I recommend.

I hired a professional mold testing company to sample my sons play area after we found some mold growing on a wall near where he sits to play. The inspector gave me three remediation companies to call and get quotes from. After talking to the owners of Relief Remediation about the mold in my sons play area and his acute sensitivity to it. They gave me peace of mind about what needed to be done to remedy it. I was given realistic timelines and a price that I felt comfortable with. Relief Remediation was the obvious choice. They were timely, professional, and obviously family owned. You feel it. My son and I are important to them, and my concerns were addressed. We had the mold testing company come back after their work was done to verify that my sons play area was actually decontaminated. They passed with flying colors. I appreciate that Relief Remediation does good work and that they like and care about people.

Facing a mother's worst nightmare, I find myself compelled to share the distressing experience with Relief Remediation, as my landlord, First Communities Property Management, hired them to remediate my apartment. My unit, a haven for my two precious toddlers, ages 1 and 2, was discovered to be infested with over 150,000 counts of allergen spores and black mold spores. In the midst of my anguish, the remediation company demonstrated a shocking lack of concern for my little ones' well-being. Despite the discovery, Relief Remediation, seemingly devoid of empathy, callously refused to attend to our belongings visibly tainted by mold, as depicted in the pictures a mere glimpse of the extensive damage to our possessions as my childrens toys and crib remain inside the infested unit as well. Shockingly, Relief Remediation conveyed to my landlord that it was safe to return my family to the unit despite the evident hazards. Their response, suggesting we merely toss these items into the washing machine upon our return, reflects a distressing indifference to the gravity of the health risks my family faces. This isn't just about property; it's about my children's safety and the sanctity of our home. Furthermore, throughout the alleged remediation period, clear evidence emerged of paint being applied as a superficial solution to the severe mold-infested areas in my unit. This questionable action took place and was duly captured and reported to my landlord on multiple accounts during the alleged remediation period, adding to the overall disconcerting nature of the remediation company's approach. As a mother, the emotional toll of witnessing my children's living environment compromised is immeasurable. The heartbreak and desperation I feel in trying to secure a healthy life for my family are amplified by the dismissive attitude of this remediation company. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice for the sake of your family's well-being, avoid entrusting your home to a company that prioritizes convenience over the health and safety of your loved ones.
