Dunkin'

I usually love this Dunkin because their morning staff makes very good quality drinks! However, an interaction I had with one of the night employees completely soured my opinion of this place. I tried to order at the drive thru, but sat there with no response for 5 mins. Eventually, I went inside to try and order and the one guy in there said they were closed. Even though the store sign/google said they werent closed for the next 40 mins. Everything in the store had been put away and the guy was on his phone and had AirPods in. He was rude and not doing his job. I implore Dunkin management to question how their stores are run at night.

Feels like a bold move to have a giant tip jar resting in the drive through window and then give absolutely horrible service. The man in the window didnt even look at me, just stuck his hand out wordlessly for my card. No thank you or have a great day, just a drink shoved into my hand.
