Dr. Dean is next level. Not only with his adjustments but with how he cares about you as a person and helps coach you to the healthiest lifestyle and highest potential. I have been dealing with severe neck pain, discomfort and severe migraines due to a car accident 9 years ago as well as endometriosis causing painful menstural cycles, TMJ, anxiety and depression that he has viciously tackled the root cause of and has been reversing the effects of these health problems and concerns. He truly cares about what happens to you when you leave his office. I have been adjusted by at least 9 chiropractors in the last 10 years and Dr. Dean's level of care is unmatched. I guarantee on my life he's the best chiropractor in Alpharetta and I challenge you to give this office a try before choose someone else.

Dr. Dean is heaven sent. I suffered severe migraines for several year's and took a lot of OTC pain relievers. Within two weeks of Dr. Deans care I noticed the migraines were not as frequent and today I am MIGRAINE FREE and couldnt tell you the last time I took a pain reliever. Dr. Dean and his staff truly care about the patients.

AMAZING experience here! its always great to start my morning here and get ready for the day and week! only been 6 months and already so much progression! i cannot believe how much has already started to function better and look better! everything he brings to the table is eye opening and truth, i have learned so much from him!
dr.deans energy is infectious and really is an amazing way to spend my time a few days a week!
highly recommend seeing him and bringing your whole family for true health and wellness. i would give more than 5 starts if i could :) !!

Dr. Dean has been my go to Chiropractor whenever I am in the Atlanta area. Let's start with his adjustments which are among the best I have ever had, but the real thing that is powerful about Dr. Dean is his energy and personality. You KNOW from the minute you walk into his clinic that he is there to help you be the healthiest version of yourself! That kind of positive energy coupled with his expert skills as an adjuster makes him one of the best doctors you could visit in the country.

Dr. Dean and his staff at Milton Spine and Wellness are friendly, experienced, and caring. Dr. Dean blew me away by his knowledge and desire to help others. He really listened to my concerns and got to the root of the problem. Im now feeling great and making progress.
