Whoever manages this place needs to let go the gentlemen with dreads and slim. He is losing money for this business. There was something obviously wrong with the machine and when he put my card in nothing processed at all but he said it was declined. Proceeded to say if I needed to use a different card or I can just go to the vacuums I said Id go elsewhere but when I pulled over to re route I noticed he was doing it to all of the other cars behind me. Waste of time.

They damaged my mothers vehicle and when asked about compensation they said they were not liable and would not do anything to fix the problem. I called multiple times to speak to management and no one would answer. When finally someone answered we were turned away and not given an opportunity to even file a claim. My mother went up there personally to speak with someone and was turned away. She ended up paying out of her pocket to pay for it and they would not reimburse her for it. I would definitely stay away from this car wash if I were you give my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
