I think of Thread HCM as an extension of my company. Shante' Ross supports my company as a dedicated representative. She always responds quickly when I have a question. She is an expert in the technology that is provided to support HR management. Most important, she has done a great job finding creative solutions to problems and challenges that are unique to my business. In addition, the tax and compliance team keeps me on track and out of jail related to HR requirements in multiple states. I am 100% satisfied with excellent service that I receive at a great price.
