I first met the team at Competitive Solutions, Inc. at a conference in Chicago many years ago. I was mesmerized by Shane Yount, their President / Principal, through attending one of his presentations. His ability to relate to the audience and engage us on how to improve the culture and performance of our businesses was outstanding. In subsequent conferences, I continued to learn from Shane and then to meet & engage with the extended team, finding them to be exceptional professionals. Since those early days, I engaged Competitive Solutions, Inc. within one of my plants and continue to leverage their insights to drive my teams to be exceptional.

Great team to work with! The CSI group completely changed the way we run our business. Our meeting time has been reduced and our focus is directed to performance and accountability. Everyone at CSI has been terrific during our implementation of Visuant. They have provided excellent consulting, training and support from the first inquiry right through to post-implementation. The software itself will vastly improve our meeting efficiency, as well as our accuracy and timeliness when it comes to tracking our metrics and actions at both the individual and team levels. The dashboards are tremendously easy to read, and they allow our managers and executives to get a quick snapshot of each team's current status at any time.
