Chase Bank

Let me start by saying we have more than 8 accounts with Chase. My experience at this brach was the worst I've received. We run a small business, Its a franchised business with an LLC and a DBA trade name. Our account was opened under the LLC. People however will write checks to the trade name. This is how checks have been deposited over 100 of them from the start. Chase realized the different names and froze the account. OK I take some responsibility here; I went in and saw Ashe. He was terrific, Attentive, tried his best to resolve the issue. the manager Dru Kajani however was a different story. He wouldn't help, He would not call customer service to help with a resolution. I called them myself from there lobby. Very quietly and discretely I spoke with the phone representative. Dru Kajani came over and said "you need to Leave! I asked why as I was being quiet and discreet. He said my business was finished and I should leave. Well, I felt disrespected to say the least. He discarded me with no regard. Someone who treats people like this should not have contact with customers. I felt as though this was not the first time Dru has been condescending. Being a long-time client with all my banking through Chase I expect better. I explained that I was still a customer and i was conducting bank business, The representative on the phone could hear Dru telling me to leave. She apologized for his behavior repeatedly. I Don't believe he is in the right position at the brach treating customers the way he did. We since have gone to the next branch down the road. We have been treated well since. It just shows that a bad apple can still spoil the basket!

Not very good at answering the phone or keeping appointments. Yes, I was 15 minutes late to my appointment. I tried to call the number I have for the bank, but didn't get an answer, which happens the last few times I called. It didn't matter because the person I was supose to meet was not even there. He did not come into the branch today he said "because there was no email confirmation of the appointment"
