We shopped for a GOOD, affordable gas cooktop and found what we wanted at ChefPro Appliances. We purchased through the store. A major hickup in delivery where FedEx dumped the package on concrete, and the burner package arrive broken open with FedEx telling me they had lost a part. George in the store managed the shipping problem and we had a new one delivered in days. The installation went in perfectly. ChefPro Appliances - George - managed through the purchase to install through the problems that made problems insignificant. Had we had the issues we had through the big box stores we would still be working on getting a replacement. The rest of the kitchen appliance replacements will be purchased from ChefPro. We will continue to use ChefPro Appliances in Alpharetta.

Horrible customer service. Owner over charged item then refused receipt for deivered items. Owner delivered wrong brand refused to make it good. Company sells reputable products
