The Atlantis team is very reliable, professional and experienced. I realized my freezer went out at 6pm on a Tuesday, it had been out for days but still 80% of its contents was still frozen. I called Atlantis that night and the very next morning at 10 Dave (thier technician) was out to fix my freezer. He evaluated the problem, gave me a reasonable guote and fixed the freezer. Their immediate response saved me from throwing out hundreds of dollars of frozen food.

I called them at 8:30am and they were there by 12 and right on time! My dishwasher was leaking and they were able to identify the problem in a short amount of time. Unfortunately for me, there was frame warping so there was no fix. But they did not give up and tried every way possible to make some sort of fix and for that I am very thankful for their hard effort. If you're looking for a fast reliable service, look no further. The are very courteous and their up front service fee was VERY AFFORDABLE. Had we found a fix, the cost would apply to the parts and labor of the repair so to me it was a no brainer! Give them a call because you won't be disappointed.

Our LG washer drain pump died Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. True to their advertisement, they had a professional at our house that day. Part was ordered and they were back as soon as possible Tuesday morning. Part was installed (in a tricky location), and it came with a 1 yr guarantee. Price was very reasonable for parts and labor; and their "trip charge" (which is not charged if a repair is completed) was only a fraction of the others advertised. I will certainly call them again when needed!
