We have loved living here for the last year! Maintenance (Alvin specifically) has been amazing. He comes the same day a work order is put in and always makes sure that whatever is needed is taken care of. He is also very kind! It is a very safe area and perfect location.

My mom and I had an appointment to view this apartment today, while waiting 2 people walked in and ask to speak to the manager, a lady came out whom i assume the manager was she told the tenants that she will give them 5 minutes to talk and then they can get lost, my mom and I got up immediately and left, Some lady called me later today and ask me why we left i told her the reason, she told me she just came back from vacation and the tenants was getting on her last nerves, I'm happy she showed her colors prior to us moving in, we automatically felt uncomfortable when we pulled up at this property.

I would strongly suggest not to move here, I stayed at this dump for 5 months and it's been a living hell, the gates never work I am constantly stuck inside the parking deck late for work, because no one can come in or out, the door scanner to get into your building is will stop working so you will have to wait on the officer to let you inside which sometimes take hrs, the hallways always smell like weed and urine, the office staff the black lady is very ghetto, please don't rely on the office manager do anything she is crazy, she will start screaming at you. The apartment is small the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove constantly breaks you will have to wait weeks for repair.

The reviews are Fake they are from the staff, please do not i repeat, do not lease at this property, you will be waken up with a whole bunch of noise from the builders, they will sneak extra fees unto your rent, if your rent is $2000 you will end up paying 3k in made up fees like 2 club fees, trash fee, taxes, unknown fees, this is supose to be an upscale community but they have hood people smoking weed in the hallways and outside, they break in cars daily, when you complain to the apartment you will leaving either getting cused out and threatened eviction by the staff or they will ask you if you have car insurance. The gate is always broken, and you will never get in touch with the officer on duty, the washer and dryer doesnt work properly, the apartment is noisy you will be waken up from loud neighbors, loud music and their dogs barking all night, the african American leasing agen is very rude and unprofessional, if you have an issue she will completely try to fight you, if you have any issues you will have to go inside to the office they never answer the phone or emails, most of the time when they see tenants coming in they will go in the back to hide. They will seem friendly when you're trying to lease. Their whole attitude changes after. The fire alarm goes off at least 4 times weekly around 2am, so you have to leave your apartment to go stand outside. Expect to be attacked by dogs while walking to your apartment, and be ready to see dog poop in the hallways. There are so many upscale apartments you can spend your money with. Please bypass this one, or you will be miserable living here.
