INSTALLED INCORRECT BRAKE CHAMBER, ALMOST CUASED A TRUCK FIRE. SPOKE WITH OWNER JUST GIVING A RUN AROUND. THINK TWICE BEFOR CALLING THESE GUYS. HAD TO CALL RUSH TRUCK CENTERS TO COME FIX THERE JOB!

Called on a Sunday about a Coolant Leak in my 2022 Volvo. I was not sure if it was a hose, a clamp, or the Water Pump. Drove there in 6 minutes from the Pilot Truck Stop, and they had the problem Diagnosed in 10 minutes. Unfortunately the Water Pump is not available until Monday.
Friendly people, jumped right on the job, and had me taken care of. Too bad my Company will now send me to the Volvo Dealership for the repair after my delivery Monday. I was looking forward to returning to this shop. George was great! On top of everything!

Excellent! Came to load at P&G and my dry van trailer was damaged inside on walls so I was refused to load. Called them and got in right away with no wait time.

Worst place I have dealt with in my entire experience. STAY AWAY! My invoice quadrupled from what the estimate was and all the lady wants to do is scream and yell on the phone and the owner is too afraid to speak to you himself after giving you a quote and guaranteeing it would be around there. Tow your unit before considering these guys. You will pay 3 fold what you would to just tow to an actual shop that is equipped and experienced to do the job and you won’t have the headache of being given 5 different numbers to 5 different people every time you called to get an update because they cannot be transparent and honest. When the previous comments said stay away please do. They will lie thru their teeth. George is a very dishonest person and so are the techs that are working for him. This place needs to be investigated for price gouging. They refused to send proof of what the minimal parts needed cost. (Coolant and oil). They advised us they were going to lunch and still charged for the time they were gone to LUNCH! They then somehow got lost coming back to the unit. Also made sure to charge time for not being competent enough to follow a GPS! They were dispatched out at 9:35 am and did not show up until 2:30 pm ( George gave a 60-90 eta)which was false. When the first tech that came out didn’t have a clue as to what he was doing. They had to send another tech to help finish the job. This place is a scam if I have ever seen one. There’s a reason you can’t find them on google. Be careful out there people.
