        On August 28, 2023 at 5:10pm, one of Concrete Enterprises' trucks passed me on Highway 82 heading west. After passing me, between exits 4 and 5, a chunk of concrete flew out of the dumpster on the back of their truck and cracked my windshield beyond repair. I contacted them both that night and the following morning, with Don stating they would not repair such damage without video evidence. While there is little I can do to hold them responsible, I would like to publicly advertise the lack of ethical business practices.

        I called on Monday placed a concrete order and delivery to one of my properties. I was told the price and that it would be delivered on Wednesday of the same week. I called to follow up on the order and no one had my information or any idea of what I was talking about. They dropped the ball and no one was willing to help me. Terrible customer service experience .
