Phoebe Maternal-Fetal Medicine

This is the worst doctors office. The staff is great but the DOCTOR. I do not even know where to begin!! I am pregnant with twins 33 weeks! Currently I am being discharged so I can get to a specialist (Dr. Edwards) for placenta previa and bleeding. I am currently in Douglas Ga. Almost 2 hours away & I would feel so much more comfortable with a specialist. My appointment with doctor Edwards was at 10:30AM when I started bleeding last night around 2AM. Beings I have to leave here and make it there I asked if I could possibly be a little late for my appointment and them fit me in still. THINKING they would CARE!!! Dr. Edwards says I have to be there by 11. I will not be going back after today I DONT CARE!! I am irate!! I understand MY emergency is not HIS emergency BUT if he could at least answer questions or tell me something because these people cant even tell I have a previa in Douglas so why else would I be bleeding. & the man can not even give me peace of mine. UPDATE: I had an emergency cesarean in Coffee County and they were amazing. My babies were transferred to Savannah NICU and I now have two beautiful babies that are now 1 year olds!

Sep-19-2023 Today was my first appointment which Phoebe Maternal-Fetal Medicine. I was very nervous about it. I had a wonderful appointment. Everyone was kind, understanding, and they explained everything to me in detail. I've had 3 miscarriages so I've been very anxious with this pregnancy. All of the information they gave me is helping me not to be so anxious. I'm very glad they explained everything on the screen during my anatomy scan. They answered any questions I had instead of running me out of the door. It was honestly a breath of my air.

I loved everything about this doctors office, from the receptionist Mrs.Jennifer to Dr.Edwards. Every time i had an appointment with this office theyve always made me feel welcomed and wanted. I appreciate that since there isnt many offices that offers such polite service if you have to visit this office youll really enjoy coming here.
