This is the worst nail salon in Albany. I wanted acrylic overlay on my nails. After being seated the lady tried to convince me to get dip powder instead. I told the young man doing my nails that I wanted the acrylic overlay instead of dip powder. After he too tried convincing me to do dip powder I figured it was because he couldnt do overlay so I agreed. I ended up with lumpy dip powder on my nails. He didnt know what the hell he was doing and had to do my thumb over twice. Fast forward to the next day, and all my nails have chipped dip powder on them. I wish i would have read the reviews before going to this horrid place. I will not be returning there ever again.

First time going and definitely WILL NOT RETURN! My daughter went in for a full set with gel polish and 2 heart designs. The guy wasnt too sure on how to do nails obviously because the lady had to keep coming over to stand over him and tell him what to do. When he went to polish, he basically polished on her skin and the polish was supposed to be gel but looked DRY! The nail lengths were uneven and not the same width either and the design was HORRIBLE!!! He kept having to redo the sideways heart design yet one was sideways and the other one on the other hand was straight up and down yet half drawn! I will NEVER return here and DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
