        Ordered country fried steak and graver keyword gravy drove 20 minutes home.No gravy Do not go to the sorry a** restaurant to buy anything.It's ridiculous.I mean, you can't even get the food you ordered.Spent fourteen dollars for a country fried steak and gravy and then get home without it call twice and no one answers

        I just revisited Cracker Barrel again its been awhile and hoping the service is better but still awful. My pancakes were very hard and I couldnt cut them. I flipped the top one over and it was burnt. I asked for soft butter and it was hard and cold. I left and went to IHOP and the pancakes and food was AMAZING!!! Im including a photo of my food from IHOP Been sitting here 30 minutes waiting on our food. Not that many customers. Waitress is not attentive. Poor service! Finally I asked for a manager and then everything was perfect! Sweet waitress..just young and need more guidance
