This truly breaks my heart to leave this review because I literally Swore by them! I told everyone how good it was and me and my boyfriend literally were coming atleast once a week at a time. The last 2 times were PURE DISAPPOINTMENT. The last time my catfish was soggy we got it Togo along with my boyfriends order he brought it to the car and when I touched it he immediately turned back around and the man wouldnt fix it because he walked out it was less than 2 minutes. Today they gave us undone fries and the breading wouldnt even stay on the catfish. My boyfriend ordered me the catfish sandwich AS ALWAYS they gave me no bread and when he asked the girl just shrugged it off and said it dont come with it no more. WE will NEVER be back and that truly saddens me.

I ordered my usual today and sent my daughter to pick it up. I normally get the two pork chop dinner with two sides. The price is roughly a little over $14. Well today they charged my daughter $18 dollars for the exact same meal I always get. Talking about everything went up at the beginning of the year. If thats the case why was my same meal $14 dollars last week. Make this make sense maam. I told her she could cancel my order then the cashier said oh we dont do refunds but you cheating people out there money.This is my last time eating anything from there, I wouldnt be surprised if the cashier was pocketing the money. I asked to speak with management but the cashier calmed blue had just stepped out, really?
