        I GIVE THEM 0 STARS BECAUSE THE COKER AGENCY IS NOT A GOOD AGENCY. THE AGENT ACTED LIKE HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY ISSUES AND I HAVE BEEN WITH ALFA FOR A WHILE AND TO BE TREATED LIKE MY ISSUE DIDNT MATTER NOT ONLY BY HIM BUT ALSO BY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT WORKS IN THERE FOR HIM. HE NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME ABOUT ANYTHING EVEN WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, HE JUST BRUSHED ME OFF LIKE I WAS NO ONE. THE RECEPTIONIST MADE SURE SHE TOOK UP FOR HIM AND WAS NOT REALLY HEARING WHAT I WAS SAYING, THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE. THE ONLY REASON WHY I HAD TO GO TO THEM IS BECAUSE THE OFFICE THAT I NORMALLY GO TO HAS CLOSED AND THEY HAVE TO FIND A NEW AGENT. THE COKER AGENCY MAKES ALFA LOOK REALLY REALLY BAD.
