Paid too much money and the room is not clean and the water doesn't get hot. The pictures they have up here made it look good but it's not

The rooms were not properly cleaned. Old drink bottles were under the chair. The restrooms need updated and had poor lighting! Overall I was not satisfied and will not be returning!
Walkability: Within walking distance to Longhorn and KFC.

The hotel wasn't bad. Smelled good. The doors on these rooms seem like they all get stuck when opening. The room we had was a handicap. That shower had no water pressure and the shower floor needed to be replaced. It looked so grimy it was hard to use
Walkability: Close to everything. All types of restaurants. And it has truck parking

Upon arrival, I was disheartened to notice the unclean state of the lobby's windows and chairs, which led me to believe that the rest of the accommodations would be similarly unsanitary. Regrettably, my assumptions proved accurate, as I found the room's carpet, sofa, and tub were also unclean. Additionally, within an hour of checking in, we discovered that the bed sheet was unhygienic. I expressed my concerns to the on-site manager before leaving for an event, and indicated that I would likely not be staying for the duration of my reservation. However, I had to return to retrieve some belongings a few hours later, and the receptionist would not allow me to check out due to their policy of not allowing early check-outs before 5 pm. I informed the receptionist that I had already spoken to the manager at 5:08 pm regarding my concerns. I was disappointed with the quality of service, the uncleanliness of the room and amenities, and the loss of money. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, nor would I choose to stay here again.
