The older lady Lisa that works here is very rude and hateful and Im a firm believer that when you are out in public wearing your uniform you are still representing that business and she was is Dairy Queen assuming on her lunch break being very rude and hateful to the cashier and employees at the counter all because they rung up the wrong menu item yelling at them snatching from them and she is very rude and no customer service skills when you go into the store

Never really shop in store but their pick up process is the best. Always come out with my order within 5 minutes. Other businesses should take note!

I bought a few 16 ft cattle fencing from them today. I wanted them delivered because I had no way of transporting them. They told me because of the size, it would be $70 for the delivery fee. Fine. Not unreasonable. Gave them my address and they scheduled the delivery. Got called a few minutes ago, saying the delivery company would not deliver because the 16 ft size was over their limit. So the manager is having one of his guys load a trailer and bring it to me. Not only that, but since they don't have to pay the delivery company now, he said he would reimburse me the delivery fee for the inconvenience. He didn't have to do that. But I totally appreciate it. Great people here. Everyone should support this company. They go way above and beyond.
