Hi, your appointment was at 12:30 and you arrived at 12:45 demanding to be serviced immediately. 15 minutes may not seem like a lot, but puts a stylist behind. However, another stylist shampooed you within 10 minutes of your arrival. You were completely done by 2:45. I tried to engage you in conversation to no avail. You later texted to inform that you should've been out within an HOUR. I'm sorry you were not satisfied for some reason. Even though you were late. You were serviced within 2 1/2 hrs on Prom/mother's day weekend(after being late). You were serviced with all professional products. Your hair was beautiful when you left. Silkpress have no guarantee of time. It depends on how you take care of it. 2nd RESPONSE: I don't have to have a good memory. I have time stamped surveillance video that goes back over 10 years. I also have screenshots of the messages you sent saying you were getting off at 12 from Tyson and would be late because you were coming from Camilla. A message at 12:08 when you were leaving work. Also a message an HOUR AFTER you left the salon that is time stamped 3:25pm. When you have made claims that your services didn't START until AFTER 2:45pm! I truly sympathize with the lose of your father but making false claims because you were upset was not the way to deal with it. All businesses don't have video to prove themselves when a customer does this. It's a shame that someone can make FALSE accusations and be believed to be true!
